Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Performance Manager to join our team at YAZ Media. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms to ensure maximum ROI for our clients. You will work closely with our creative, content, and account management teams to drive performance and deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop, implement, and optimize paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve ROI, reduce cost per acquisition (CPA), and drive growth for our clients.
  • Manage budgets, bid strategies, and audience targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the creative and content teams to ensure ad creative aligns with campaign goals and resonates with target audiences.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the agency.
  • Ensure all paid media campaigns align with overall brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media and performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale campaigns with significant budgets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English is a strong advantage.
